Hey everyone. Hope we are all doing great. Today has been such a wonderful day. Worked early, got home and, got the well deserved rest that I needed. Right now, I feel so refreshed, and, Happy! #HappyGirlsAreThePrettiest
Started off the day by taking 2 glasses of chilled water, this time, with lime. Got ready for work, and, right before I left, I took my 1st meal. Went for the Rich Vanilla Drink today. Been a while. Missed it. Lol. While at work, I made sure I kept dozing up on water; Lots of water. Got home, freshened up, and took my 2nd meal.
Went for same Vanilla drink. Then, got straight into bed. Tried to catch up on some of my TV series, but, next thing I knew, I was sailing away in Dreamland. Lol.
Awake now, and, about to take my last meal for the day. Will probably go for the Banana Shake. Then, off to bed again! :-D

I thought this was only going to be a 2 week journey!!! How do you get the strength to continue with this adventure? I really envy your courage dearie, Keep it up.
ReplyDeleteThank you Chika! Well, I decicded to go 7 more days to loose an extra 4kg. I get the strength from all the encouraging comments I get here, and ofcos, from the result I've gotten so far.

DeleteCambridge diet..have never heard about it. looking for ways to loose weight, but, this may be too extreme for me. I am a size 12
ReplyDeleteWell, you could make it less "extreme" for you by mixing it with normal meals. Don't use it as your sole source.
