Hey! Hey! Hey! So, today, I woke up feeling perfectly fine! Full of energy; no hunger strikes. Just perfect. I started off the day by taking half a litre or cold water (the weather is terribly hot). Then, after about 30mins, I took my 1st meal. I went for the Rich Vanilla Shake. Very delicious! Afterwards, I made my green tea; sipping on it right now. Lol.
So, let's see how the day turns out.

DeleteDetermination is also a key factor while dieting. Seeing that you are determined, I bet day 3 would be less challenging in your exercise cos with each passing day, your body gets accustomed to the trend. But still it is not easy... so keep being determined all the way and don't get distracted by the Doughnuts and chicken barbecue u meet on the way.
