Healthy Meal Ideas.

As we are all aware, in a few days time, I'd be introducing normal meals to my diet. Can't wait!
Thanks to my friend, Dobby of dobbyssignature.com, I have a few ideas. But, I may need more, so please, kindly go to the comment section, and, scatter me with healthy meal ideas! Lol. you can get as crazy as can be: I'm willing to try new/different things.

  1. Boiled irish potatoe with vegetable egg sauce

  2. Boiled 'unripe" plantain with vegetable sauce (use tomatoes but not groundnut oil)

    Basmatti rice with gravy sauce.

    Fruit and vegetable smoothies.

    yam and egg sauce
    etc

  4. 'An apple a day, keep the doctors away' So I'm thinking that 2 apples a day would perhaps close down hospitals but not maternity hospitals. Then if u combine it with pineapples, carrots, pear and grapes... the world would be a better place.
